Who for?

This programme is for organisations who wish to develop the Emotional Intelligence and "soft skills" of their current and future leaders.

It is for organisations who value authenticity in the workplace and want their leaders to be able to influence, inspire and motivate others using a skill set based on empathy, curiosity and self-awareness.

The programme is suitable for individuals in the Talent Development pipeline, Team Leaders, Middle Managers and C-Suite Leadership Teams.


What happens?

When you step into a space with a horse and ask that horse to trust and respect you as it’s leader, the qualities they demand of you are the same as those crucial for effective leadership in organisations. These qualities are uniquely aligned with the 4 recognised elements of Emotional Intelligence;

Self -Awareness - Self Management - Social Awareness - Relationship Management

In the programme, participants take part in a series of exercises with the horses in a leadership position. As horses are masters at reading body language, energy and intentions, they will reflect back through their behaviour, the EQ qualities you have as a leader and critically, the places where you need more self-awareness and skill.

Once participants have landed on the insights they need, they can start to develop and practice new approaches and behaviours and witness, in the moment, how the horses react and respond.
